NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged
- You need a different size
- You would like to exchange for a different item
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
You have two options:
- Return the original item and wait for us to receive it before we send the replacement
- Purchase your replacement item immediately, and we will refund the original item once it is returned and approved
Refunds
We only offer refunds if an item arrives damaged or defective.
If this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and approved.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after confirmation.
AUSTRALIA ORDERS
Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 14 days of delivery for:
- Size changes
- Alternative items
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
For Australian orders:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us
- We will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item back to you
Refunds
Refunds are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
